**Extra charges if Tour Guide is needed**
1. 01 water bottle (600 ml) per adult per day during the full day tours and half day tour, in Bali. For Island tours like Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan, or any other island tour, the water bottles will not be provided.
2. Welcome with Flower Garland upon Arrival at Bali Airport.
3. Airport to Hotel / Hotel to Airport — Private Transfers, as per the itinerary.
4. All transfers & sight seeing’s as mentioned in the itinerary on PRIVATE A/C VEHICLE only, other than mentioned.
5. Basic English Speaking Driver during the tours and transfers, in Bali Mainland. For remote Islands like Nusa Penida / Nusa Lembongan / Nusa Ceningan, drivers provided can not speak english very well. Please use google translate, if needed
6. All entrance fees + Local Taxes, Donations, parking and toll charges, for the above mentioned itinerary, other than mentioned, as some places, the Local Govt. will be taking the entrance charges directly from the guest, and these charges cannot be paid indirectly. So we have mentioned these kind of charges already in the itinerary .
1. Incase, in your package booking, if there is any Candle Light Dinner at Jimbaran Beach, than the food will be delivered from an Indian Restaurant to Jimbaran Dinner Location at 1800 hrs, on same day. At the time of Dinner, the food is reheated and served by the staff, as there is no Indian Restaurant on Jimbaran Beach. So, please make sure to pass this information to the client, at the time of booking
2. During pick up from airport, on arrival day, the driver will wait maximum for 2 hours, from your flight arrival time, given to us. After that the extra charges for waiting at the airport will be applied, which the guest will need to discuss & pay directly to driver.
3. The above mentioned cost is for Specific number of guest, as selected at the time of quotation creation. If there will be any change in number of pax, than there will be change in prices as well..
4. For Voucher / Itinerary, No modifications will be allowed within 72 hours of Arrival.
5. If the traveling date is within next 21 days, than 01 time payment should be done, according to the CUT OF DATE provided by us.
6. Please provide the flight details at the time of booking. In-case there is any modification required due to change in flight timings / dates, then we will not be responsible for the charges / penalty applied by the Hotel(s) & Service
7. There will be no refund for unused services. Also there is no modification allowed in the itinerary, after the guest arrival, as all the services are pre-booked well in advance, and are prepaid.
8. For TCS — Agent needs to collect from Guest and Submit the TCS at their end only.
9. All Rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
10. The Quotation prices are subject to change without any prior information.
11. The booking once confirmed from your side over the email, will be processed offline, and it may take 48 – 72 hrs, to get the confirmation, from the hotel’s side. Incase the hotel is not available due to some reason, than we will be offering you similar hotel options.
12. The given prices are valid only for 5 working days.
Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. TrippingCube shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, TrippingCube reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. TrippingCube will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to get in touch with you within 24-hours after the booking has been confirmed for baggage addition.
Please ensure that baggage requirements are given to our Travel Expert latest by 5 days before the date of departure.
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy.
