How to cancel
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing, by email to info@trippingcube.com.
- Cancellation charges vary with the trip type, the destination and the time of cancellation.
- Some promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.
Cancellation charges
No refund is made of the initial booking amount for any cancellation. Beyond that, cancellation fees are charged on the trip cost as follows:

| More than 30 days before the trip starts | 50% of the trip cost |
| 15 to 30 days before the trip starts | 75% of the trip cost |
| Within 15 days of the trip starting | 100% of the trip cost |
If a trip or activity is cancelled by us
TrippingCube reserves the right to cancel trips due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered as per this policy.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases the operator will try their best to provide a feasible alternative activity; however, no refund will be provided for it.
Refunds, where due, are processed as described in our Refund Policy.
