Corporate Offsites in Goa

Plan a corporate offsite in Goa your team will talk about for months: resorts with room for every session, team activities on the beach and the river, and one team at Tripping Cube handling the whole trip.

Why Goa works for a corporate offsite

A corporate offsite in Goa is close, easy and relaxed, which is exactly what a team needs to switch off from work and switch on to each other. Flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai take two and a half hours or less, and there are two airports, so a group flying in from several cities lands within a few hours of each other.

Once there, everything is near: resorts with conference halls and lawns, beaches for team games, a river for an evening cruise and old Portuguese quarters to explore. You can hold a morning of sessions and still have the team on the beach by four.

The best time for an offsite in Goa

October to March is the season. The days are dry and sunny (22–32°C), the sea is calm and every beach shack, cruise and water sport is open.

  • November to February: the best weather and the busiest time. Book resorts and flights three months ahead, more around Christmas and New Year.
  • October and March: pleasant, quieter and often better value.
  • April and May: hot and humid; plan indoor sessions and keep outdoor games to the evening.
  • June to September: monsoon. Green and beautiful, with lower prices, but beach and water activities are closed. Good for a resort-based conference rather than an active offsite.

Where your team can stay

  • North Goa (Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Vagator): lively, close to the nightlife, with large resorts that suit groups who want an energetic trip.
  • South Goa (Cavelossim, Benaulim, Majorda): quieter beaches and big five-star resorts with large conference halls and lawns. Best for leadership retreats and larger groups.
  • Panjim and nearby: business hotels close to the river cruises and the Latin Quarter, good for short conference-led trips.

We shortlist resorts by your group size, the sessions you plan to hold and your budget, and block rooms early so everyone stays together.

Team building in Goa: how we plan it

Pick two or three of the activities above, one for each day, and we build the plan around them. Every activity is run with a mix of people in each team, so the sales team ends up working with the developers, and a coordinator from Tripping Cube runs each one, so nobody from your side has to.

Mornings are best for sessions and the sea; afternoons for games once the sun softens; evenings for the cruise, the bonfire or the gala night.

A sample 3-day plan

Day 1: Arrive and settle in. Airport pick-ups, check-in and lunch. An afternoon ice-breaker on the lawns, then a sunset cruise on the Mandovi with dinner on board.

Day 2: Work, then play. A morning of sessions in the resort's hall (projector, sound and stage set up for you). After lunch, Beach Olympics, then a drum circle and bonfire as the sun goes down.

Day 3: Explore and fly home. A treasure hunt through Fontainhas or a spice plantation visit, a Goan lunch, and transfers to the airport.

Every plan is built around your goals, so this changes for a sales kickoff, a leadership retreat or an annual celebration. See how other teams did it in our case studies.

Getting there

  • By air: Dabolim Airport (GOI) for South and Central Goa, and Manohar International Airport at Mopa (GOX) for North Goa. Direct flights from all major Indian cities.
  • By train: Madgaon and Thivim stations, on the Konkan Railway from Mumbai.
  • On the ground: we arrange AC coaches and tempo travellers for every transfer, timed to your group's flights.
