Trip to Krabi & Phuket

1. Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be
made through Telegram during the trip.
2. Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to
potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through Telegram. Guests are kindly asked to be
punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which
would be at their own expense.

3. Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless
explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
4. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
5. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to full the services for any
technical reasons.
6. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of
travel.
7. We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the
discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to
give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.

Tours and Transfers

1. If you are taking the Krabi Four Island Tour, National Park Fee @ THB 400 has to be paid directly.
2. Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional
vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized
luggage.
3. If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers.
These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
4. Private Transfers doesn’t imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you
at the attraction at specied timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from
the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
5. Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other copassengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup
time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon trac, location
of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
. Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby,
concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after
waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
7. The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your
hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on Telegram
app.

9. For James Bond Island Tour, mandatory National Park Fee @ THB 400 per person has to be paid directly

11. For transfers on shared basis in Krabi, local open air vehicle will be provided for transfers. Van will be
provided only for private transfers.
12. The schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are frozen once the trip starts and during the trip, so we
will not be able to make adjustments. If you choose to cancel, please note that no refund will be issued.
