Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel and vendor policies.
  • Any cancellation charges levied by service providers will be deducted.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, to the original payment method.

No refund will be issued for no-shows or partially used services.

Returns

TrippingCube does not deal in physical goods, so returns are not applicable. All services we provide are travel-related and intangible in nature.
