Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every trip booked with TrippingCube. Please read them before you book; by booking a trip you agree to them.

On the trip

  • TrippingCube and its organisers strictly prohibit the use of any narcotics and banned substances during the tours, and are not responsible for any adversities arising from them.
  • Weapons, fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed on the tour. The management is not responsible for any person found guilty under Indian law.
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel a traveller's trip at any time, without any refund, if their actions violate any rules or in case of any misbehaviour with co-travellers.
  • TrippingCube is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety when you are not under the supervision of the company's representative.
  • All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID card.
  • Only travellers staying with TrippingCube are allowed in the property. If you intend to bring guests from outside, you must notify us in advance.
  • Any loss of or damage to property materials, such as pillows, mattresses or anything else belonging to the property, will be charged at the full MRP of the item.
  • TrippingCube is not responsible for any loss of or damage to goods belonging to travellers.
  • The management accepts no responsibility for injuries or for the loss or theft of any personal property during the tour.
  • Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.

The itinerary

  • The trip organiser or coordinator has the complete right to change the itinerary according to conditions on the spot and the availability of ticket slots.
  • Only the places mentioned in the itinerary will be covered. If you want to visit anywhere else, you may go on your own.
  • TrippingCube is not responsible for any delays or changes to the programme, or for expenses incurred indirectly, in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closures or any other untoward incident.
  • TrippingCube is not responsible for delays in reaching a destination due to traffic. The day's sightseeing or activities may be cancelled if we do not reach the destination on time.
  • If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.

Stays

Accommodation in the hotels mentioned should not be considered confirmed unless specifically stated, and depends on the availability of rooms. If a hotel is full, we will provide another similar property.

Bookings and payment

  • A booking will be released if the advance payment is not received on time.
  • Registrations and tickets, once booked, cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
  • Cancellations are charged as set out in our Cancellation Policy, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Before you travel

  • Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight to avoid any hassle.
  • It is advisable to carry woollen clothes, whatever the season.
