Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

The organizers reserve the rights to cancel the trip anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any rules or in case of any misbehaviour with other co-travellers.

Tripping cube is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are not under the supervision of the concerned company representative.

Any Loss to the Property materials such as pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the property will be subject to full payment of Product MRP.

Tripping cube won’t be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travellers.

All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.

Only traveller staying with Tripping cube will be allowed in the Property and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre notify us.

Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.

Trippingcube is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses incases such as natural hazards,accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any
untoward incident.

Trippingcube is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities ofthe day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time.

Trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition & availability of ticket slots.

Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded

You are requested to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours earlier than the flight time to avoid hassle

The accommodation in the hotels mentioned should not be considered as confirmed unless specifically mentionedand depends on the availability of the rooms. If found full, we shall provide you with another similar property.

Any Loss to the Property materials such as pillows, mattress or any The places mentioned in the itinerary only will be taken to, if you want to visit anywhere else you can go on your own.

If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will begiven.

It is advisable to take woollen clothes no matter what season you are going in.

Booking shall be released if the advance payment was not received on time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER,

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip Inclusion/Exclusion will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip Inclusion/Exclusion will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip Inclusion/Exclusion will be charged as cancellation fees.

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will
be provided for the same.
